Robin Cargill
With nearly four decades of experience in the property management field, Robin Cargill's journey began in 1986 as a Leasing Agent in Killeen, Texas. Since then, she has progressed through various roles including On-site Manager, Office Manager, and Licensed Property Manager, ultimately becoming a Real Estate Broker.
Robin joined John Reider Properties in 2001 as the Residential Property Manager, where she honed her expertise and leadership skills. When the opportunity arose to establish her own brokerage, she seized it and founded Central Texas Property Management. This move allowed her to continue her passion for Residential Property Management and helping families take the stress out of managing their homes. She specializes in the Central Texas market, ensuring her clients receive exceptional service tailored to their needs.
Outside of work, Robin loves spending time with her family who now all lives in the local area.
David Norman, MLS
Office Manager, Licensed Texas Realtor, TRLS, TRPM
David Norman, our dedicated Office Manager, is a proud Central Texan through and through. Having been an integral part of the Central Texas Property Management Family since its inception. David’s journey in real estate began right here at home. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, he brings more than fifteen years of hands-on property management experience to the table.
David is also continuously growing in his career. He is a licensed Realtor, has received his Texas Real Residential Property Management certification, and is currently working on his Master’s degree in Legal Studies from Vanderbilt Law School. His deep-rooted passion for the Central Texas community and its vibrant people is what led him to this industry, and it’s that same passion that drives his dedication every day.
Outside the office, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Rachel, and their daughter, Payton Leigh. And like any true Texan, you can often find him enjoying a weekend filled with football, cheering on his beloved San Francisco 49ers!
Ryan Seyler
Ryan Seyler is our dedicated Maintenance Manager at Central Texas Property Management. With 15 years of customer service experience, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and a positive attitude to our team. A proud local Central Texan, he lives in the area with his wife, Angelina, their daughter Frankie, and their beloved cat and dog.
Known for his quick wit and infectious sense of humor, Ryan keeps the office atmosphere lively and enjoyable. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that Central Texas Property Management remains the best in the area. We're thrilled to have him on our team!
Kehaulani "Kehau" Murphy
Kehaulani “Kehau” Murphy is the Finance Specialist for the Central Texas Property Management family. Kehau has a strong customer service management background. Kehau has made Central Texas her home for the last fifteen years with her husband Burke, daughter Krystal and 5 grandsons! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family who are all now living in the Central Texas area!.
Angelina Seyler
Licensed Texas Realtor/Leasing Manager
With over 17 years of experience in customer service and small business management, Angelina is dedicated to helping families transition to the beautiful Central Texas area from out of state and beyond. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients—whether they’re renting, buying, or selling—and takes pride in making each experience smooth, personalized, and rewarding.
As a native of Central Texas, Angelina brings a deep understanding of the local market and a genuine appreciation for what makes the area such a wonderful place to call home. She especially enjoys property management, where she ensures every client’s needs are met with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Angelina is also actively involved in her community, currently serving on the City of Harker Heights Planning and Zoning Commission and as a Board Member for the AdventHealth Central Texas Foundation.
Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband, Ryan, and their daughter Frankie. She also enjoys hosting craft nights with friends and exploring estate sales in search of unique treasures.
Leah Seyler
Leasing Administrator
Leah Seyler is a dedicated Leasing Admin with Central Texas Property Management who brings heart, professionalism, and a strong service mindset to everything she does. With a background in the medical field as an ultrasound technologist, Leah developed a deep sense of compassion, attentiveness, and diligence—qualities that now shape her approach to helping tenants find the perfect place to call home. She understands that moving is a major life moment, and she works hard to make the process smooth, supported, and stress-free.
A proud mom to Oliver and wife to Zachary, Leah’s family is at the center of her world. She’s also a devoted pet parent to her two cats, Juniper and Vinny, and her dog, Brandy. When she’s not assisting residents, Leah enjoys playing video games, spending time outdoors, painting, and creating meaningful memories with her loved ones.
Her warmth, understanding nature, and commitment to excellence make her not only a trusted Leasing Specialist but someone clients genuinely enjoy working with.
Kaitlin "Kaiti" Wright
Maintenance Administrator
Kaiti is our dedicated Maintenance Administrator who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and residents well cared for. With a strong focus on service, she enjoys assisting residents with work orders, addressing maintenance concerns, and ensuring vendors are efficiently connected to the tasks that keep the community in top shape. Known for her reliability and team-first mindset, Kaiti is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed and consistently goes above and beyond to get the job done right.
Outside of work, Kaiti is a proud mom to two sons and a supportive spouse to her husband, who is currently serving our country in the Army. Her commitment to both her family and her team reflects her strong work ethic, compassion, and dedication in everything she does.
