How do I view the property?
When do you show the property?
If Vacant, we typically have open showings of properties Monday thru Saturday and by appointment only on Sunday. If the property is occupied, we normally do not show the property to other prospects out of respect for our residents.
How do I know if a property is available?
If the property is listed on our website , it is an active listing. However, if you would like to apply, please contact our office and we can let you know if there are any pending applications in process.
Why are properties still advertised if you have a pending application?

How do you verify my income if I am self-employed?
What would disqualify my application from being approved?

What do you need to process the application?
We will begin processing an application that has been fully completed and all support documentation attached. Incomplete applications will not be started until all support documentation has been received. The items needed are from each person over the age of 18 years old:
- All sections of Application completed
- Copy of Photo ID/Driver’s License
- Proof of income (pay stubs, or banks statements and W-9 if self-employed
- $55.00 application fee
How do I apply for a property?
You may submit your application online through our website to apply. Once an application has been received and all support documents provided by email or fax we will send you a link to pay your deposit to hold the property.

What do I need to bring to my lease signing and how long will it take?
The lease signing is done electronically through Docusign, the review and signing typically take 30-40 minutes. All person(s) 18 and older listed on the lease will need to make arrangements to sign. Keys will not be given out until all parties sign the lease and proof of utility connection and renter’s insurance are turned in.

The day before you move into your rental home, YOU WILL GO TO THE PROPERTY AND CONDUCT A MOVE-IN INSPECTION BY YOURSELF. You must fully complete a digital move-in inspection utilizing the software our company provides for your smart-device one business day prior to move-in, indicating any cleaning deficiencies in order to receive our 100% Clean Guarantee. We will then go back in and re-clean the property according to your inspection before you move in the next business day!
